Strength and conditioning coach in Reservoir
Lucas has completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the Australian Catholic University (ACU) and holds an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning accreditation. He is currently completing his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU.
He has gained practical experience in the Junior Academy as a Sport Scientist with Melbourne Victory and currently serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Watsonia Heights SC.
With a lifelong background in soccer, playing since the age of 4 and coaching for the past 4 years, Lucas brings a deep understanding of the sport’s physical demands. His coaching style is engaging, football-focused and designed to challenge athletes while keeping training enjoyable and tailored for long-term development.

Outside of his career, Lucas enjoys running and weight training at the gym, exploring good food and cafes with friends, and discovering the nature.
