At RSP located in Reservoir, you’ll have the opportunity to consult with Andrew Seng, a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Committed to delivering the highest standard of evidence-based care, Andrew is dedicated to ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Currently pursuing his Postgraduate degree in Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy, he remains at the forefront of advancements in his field. 

Outside of work Andrew loves spending quality time with his family and 2 young kids. He also enjoys Cross fit, power lifting, soccer, running and badminton.

Erica Lai

Erica fascinates herself with the connection between the human body and movement.
Growing up as an active and energetic person, she loves to share her enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. She deeply appreciates the power of movement and exercise in transforming lives.

Erica, a passionate runner herself, is motivated to help athletes return to sports as soon as possible after injuries, understanding the frustration they experience. By adopting an individualised and tailored approach, Erica believes she should incorporate each of her clients’ experiences, abilities, and goals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

She is passionate about treating various sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain conditions, particularly running-related injuries such as hip and knee pain, as well as ankle and foot pain. In addition, she skillfully treats vertigo and dizziness.

She is fluent in English and Cantonese, and communicable Mandarin. 

Outside of her physiotherapy career, Erica enjoys running and weight training at the gym, cuddling cats, exploring good food and cafes with friends, and discovering the nature.
